我认为30年前对尔湾地区的投资属于这种模型，并且会成为一个投资的经典。
目前该地区的房地产开发完善并且公司众多。
如果您现在想要入驻该地区，您将不得不付大价钱。对于位于海滩附近的住宅来说同样如此。
总而言之，纽波特，拉古娜和尔湾是均有吸引力的地区，但价格高昂，对于寻求投资目标的买家来说，耐心是必需的。
景气的市场
